Guided Bird Walks
Join MTRP bird walk leaders for a guided bird walk at historic Old Mission Dam. The breeding season is in progress, and many birds will be in full song. Come enjoy the symphony. We may see 6 or more warbler species. In addition to the riparian areas along the river, we will look for birds at the edge of the grasslands. Meet in the Old Mission Dam parking lot. Bring binoculars if you have them. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring along water. A hat and sunscreen are also recommended. Walks are canceled if raining.
