Good Friday is a contemplative service that weaves together readings from the last week of Jesus’ life in the New Testament Gospels with sung verses from the Old Testament Psalms. These all serve to proclaim God’s great love for the world in Jesus Christ, who took upon himself our sins.
Easter is a celebratory service with triumphant hymns, praise, prayer, readings, and a message. After the service, guests are invited to enjoy a wide variety of food and drinks as an expression of congregational hospitality. The events are free and open to the public. Street parking is available, and the chapel includes a quiet area for families with small children.
