Join Tribal Capitan, Mel Vernon, at the Civic Center Library Courtyard for Native American flute playing, drumming, storytelling, bird singing, cultural exhibits, and more. Honored Guest: Mayor Esther Sanchez, will present a CANA Day Proclamation on behalf of the City of Oceanside. Performers welcome. Bring your flute, stories, family and friends. Join us to celebrate our Native American culture.
