Neapolitan Style Pizza Making Class

Learn how pizza was meant to be made in this hands-on Neapolitan style pizza class with chef Ben Mastracco. You will master a 48-hour fermented dough, craft an authentic sauce, and finish with fresh toppings to build your own personal pies. Each ticket includes your first drink, and you will also take home your own dough to keep practicing.
All skill levels are welcome, and everything from aprons to equipment is provided, so all you need to bring is yourself and an appetite. The class is vegetarian and vegan friendly, though it cannot accommodate gluten free. Since it is held outdoors, be sure to dress warmly if the evening is cool.
