his immersive and educational dinner will have diners learn not only about the local spiny lobster species, but also about recreational and commercial lobster fishing firsthand from industry experts, followed by a 5-course dinner featuring the sought-after local delicacy. All diners will be automatically entered into a raffle, with prizes from Promar, Spear America, and Intercontinental San Diego, raffled off at the end of the dinner.
The menu includes a Spiny Lobster Mousse, Spiny Lobster Roll, a Chocolate Glazed Pumpkin Spiced Cake, and more.
