Guided by a professional sushi chef, guests will learn to craft a Lumi specialty roll, a California roll, and the chef’s selection of nigiri and hand rolls. Along the way, you’ll pick up hands-on techniques and insider tips to elevate your sushi-making skills. Tickets include a complimentary, limited-edition Halloween cocktail and a glass of sake, with the option to enhance your evening with a $25 sake flight add-on. Guests will also take home signature Lumi sauce, custom chopsticks, and their own bamboo rolling mat–everything you need to recreate this experience at home. The evening will begin with a reception hosted by Sake Ono from 5-6pm , followed by the hour-long sushi-making class. Costumes are encouraged.
