At this Christmas-themed sushi-making class guided by a professional sushi chef, guests will craft Lumi’s new Specialty Roll, a hand roll, hosomaki, and the chef’s selection of nigiri, all while learning hands-on techniques to elevate their sushi-making skills. The experience includes a themed welcome cocktail plus a sake intro lesson from World Sake, featuring two complimentary pairings and prize giveaways.
Guests will also take home signature Lumi sauces, custom chopsticks, and a bamboo rolling mat to continue the fun at home.
