Fresh off its first anniversary, Bica — the Adams Avenue café from co-owners Manny Da Luz and Charlie Knowles — will serve a selection of brunch favorites, like a Croque Madame with prosciutto cotto, mornay sauce, Gruyère, fried eggs, and chives, or a slow-roasted brisket sandwich with chimichurri on a French baguette alongside coffee drinks from Encinitas’ Necessity Coffee and a curated beer and wine list.
