An introduction to screenwriting story structure and proper format. We will look at feature films, television, and a/v scripts to better understand character development, themes, plot, and creating good conflict. We will workshop ideas to develop a completed short screenplay for each participant.
Participants must bring their own laptop. The software required for this workshop is the free version of Final Draft or StudioBinder. The instructor will assist in setting up software during the first class.
