Hind Quarter Butchery Class
Hind Quarter Butchery Class with Bob the Butcher from Brandt Beef. Guests will learn the cooking process, timing, temperatures, seasonings and sauces while Bob breaks down a hind quarter. Guests may purchase steaks priced slightly above wholesale prices and cut to individual specifications. Fee include: class and recipes, tastes, non-alcoholic beverages, tax and service charge. Beer and wine are available for purchase and there will be a $25 corkage fee to any wine brought in. Reservations can be made via Ranch 45’s website.
