La Jolla Community Center presents Savory Tarts: The class will begin with learning how to make a perfectly flaky pie dough. Using the best produce at its peak time, we’ll assemble an Heirloom Tomato Galette with Parmesan Cream and a Savory Peach Tart with Goat Cheese and Thyme using puff pastry. $20/Member, $25/Non-Member without ingredients delivery. $50/Member, $55/Non-Member with ingredients delivery.
