To keep him from jail, she persuades a dashing detective (Peter O'Toole) to help her steal back one of her father's bogus artworks. Cinema Under the Stars is an intimate outdoor movie theater, located directly behind Tops Salon in Mission Hills. Admission is $17 for members, $18 at the box office, or $20 online (pay with cash, check.or Venmo only). Seating is limited and reservations are recommended. Members may make phone reservations (up to one week in advance). Online reservations begin at 9 a.m. Mondays for Members, and at 9 a.m. Tuesdays for non-members. The box office opens at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Popcorn, candy and assorted hot and cold drinks sell for $2 each and a classic cartoon is screened before most films. Heaters and blankets are provided to keep you warm. Free popcorn for Members.
