Meditation for Writers
In these weekly one-hour zoom sessions with Rebecca Jane, you will learn meditations that come from a variety of wisdom traditions. These are breathing techniques that you can practice every day. Over time, the practices can help build inner focus to help creative productivity, with the added benefit of a stronger immune system to keep you healthy. Also, in these zoom sessions, after practicing the meditation, we will explore various writing prompts. You will have an opportunity to be meditative, imagine possibilities, and create from the voice of your meditative self. Sharing is also welcome. These sessions intend to be uplifting and pure fun.
