Interested in learning how food is connected to your health? Join us for a whole-food, plant based cooking class. Our classes offer you hands-on opportunities to prepare nourishing and delicious plant based dishes using proper cooking techniques, exploring the benefits of these foods, all while enjoying a fun-filled evening. Tonight we focus on vegan Indian cooking! In this class we will make: • Chana Masala • Chapatis • Cilantro Chutney All recipes will include a gluten-free variation when requested in advance. After we cook, attendees all enjoy a meal with generous helpings of the recipes we make in class as well as printed recipes to take home. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees.
