The Magic of Meditation
Meditation is an amazing way to feel more grounded, connected, creative, calm and aligned with your best self. If you've heard of these awesome benefits but you've found it challenging to get into, sign up for the Magic of Meditation workshops. They're taking place on the 3rd Tuesday of the month throughout the fall. Lead by Daniel James, you'll go through breathing and visualization exercises, then a guided meditation. Through the class you'll be able to try out some tools and processes that can work for your new or continuing meditation practice.
