San Diego Distiller’s Fest
The San Diego Distillers Guild celebrates the region’s craft spirits scene with its debut festival, Distiller’s Fest, featuring pours by twenty craft distilleries, live music, bites of local food and a VIP speakeasy experience on November 16! Taking place at Liberty Station’s Building 177 on Saturday, November 16 from 6 to 10 p.m., Distiller’s Fest pays homage to San Diego’s quickly-growing craft distilling scene via a sensory and social experience that invites guests to mingle with hundreds of like-minded attendees. As San Diego’s first upscale artisanal spirits festival, Distiller’s Fest welcomes both casual festival-goers and cocktail connoisseurs to enjoy tastes from twenty local craft distilleries. Guests will also have the rare chance to meet and chat with many of the experts who create San Diego’s award-winning craft spirits. The lineup includes 117 West, 619 Spirits, Copper Collar Distillery, Cutwater, Henebery Spirits, Liberty Call Distilling, Malahat Spirits Co., MC Distillery, Misadventure, Oceanside Distillers, Old Harbor Distilling, Pacific Coast Spirits, San Diego Distillery, San Diego Sunshine, Seven Caves Spirits, Shadow Ridge Spirits Company and You & Yours. A collective medal count boasts three Best in Shows, eighteen Best in Class, eighteen Best in Category, 32 Platinum, 25 Double Golds and more than 165 gold, silver and bronze medals. Between sips, savor bites from the kitchens of 619 Spirits in North Park, You & Yours in East Village, Cutwater in Miramar, newly opened farm-to-table Pacific Coast Spirits in Oceanside and Liberty Call Distilling with a kitchen-distillery combo opening in Barrio Logan next year.
