Celebrate 25 years of award-winning, biodynamic Littorai wines with winemakers Ted and Heidi Lemon at Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa. Executive Chef Joshua Holt and his team, in collaboration with the Lemons, bring wine enthusiasts an elegant, five-course meal masterfully prepared in a way that respects and maintains the quality, freshness and pureness of the locally and sustainably sourced ingredients used. Begin the evening with a 2018 Vin Gris Pinot Noir paired with oysters and crispy pork rillette.
