Mother's Day Cooking Class
Ranch 45, built on the foundation of serving San Diego delicious food made with only the best products — locally sourced produce and responsibly raised poultry and beef from Brandt Beef, recently opened their doors in November of 2018 next to the historic Del Mar Fairgrounds. Executive Chef Laura Bruce will host a Mother's Day cooking class. The class is designed to help take the dinner load off mom with a few simple recipes. Join the restaurant for a hands on class for moms and kids 5+. The menu will include Baby Lettuce Salad, Herb Marinated Dutch Steak and Sunflower Cupcakes. Recipes will include regular and vegan-gluten free recipes and the class is also allergy friendly; all items can be prepared gluten free and with nuts. Tickets are $45 per pair and include class and recipes, tastes, non alcoholic beverages, tax and service charge, along with 10% off provisions.
