Cheesemonger and craftsman Paul Savage will stretch fresh curd and teach you all about making fresh mozzarella and ricotta. Then you get to join him and stretch some curd of your own. Learn tips and tricks to make fresh fromage yourself, plus the many ways to use these classics. You'll be sampling yummy treats, enjoying a complimentary glass of wine and taking some home with you.
