Chef Sarah will teach you how easy it is to make your own fresh ricotta and butter (yes, you can make butter). We'll also show you our favorite ways to decorate fresh chevre so you can amp up your cheese trays, appetizers or dinners. Of course, you'll be sampling oodles of cheeses along the way while sipping complimentary wine in a casual cheese shop environment. Once you try these, you'll never want to buy them pre-made again.
