Learn directly from the pros! Modeled after the Ultimate Athlete Retreat, this 2-day event is not your average Summer Camp. The Summer Youth Athletic Camp is where elite athletes can learn the secrets of the pros including: Jeremiah Attaochu - current NY Jets, formerly of San Diego Chargers Lynell Hamilton -Super Bowl champion and former New Orleans Saints RB Samuel Ayala, Jr. - former White Sox and Pericos de Puebla Mex League Triple-A Breanna Barksdale - former Auburn University volleyball player Anthony Hargrove - Super Bowl Champion, former Cowboys, Packers This summer camp is for girls and boys ages 12-18, involved in any sport, where they will learn to use the mind-body-spirit approach to fitness to help them build and maintain the skills needed to excel on and off the field. They will receive world-class fitness instruction and an engaging introduction to the concepts of mindfulness and meditation. THE HOST This retreat is hosted by NCAA record holder, former NFL RB, and current fitness and mindfulness expert Prince Daniels Jr and his team.
