Shoebacca Women’s Open
The seven-day Shoebacca Women’s Open, now in its ninth year, draws local players and tour professionals from all over the world. Last year, women from this tournament played in the main draw of the US Open and other USTA tennis events. Past players include Madison Keys, CiCi Bellis, CoCo" Vandeweghe, Danielle Rose Collins (2019 Australian Open semi-finalist), Johanna Konta, Zhang Shuai (2019 Australian Open doubles champion), Bianca Vanessa Andreescu, Sonya Kenin and Vania King. Admission is free and spectators are treated to an up-close viewing experience at what promises to be one of the top events on the USTA Pro Circuit.
Qualifying round match play begins on Monday, February 18 with Main Draw Singles and Doubles Match Play beginning Tuesday, February 19. The tournament competition culminates with the Doubles Final on Saturday, February 23 and the Women’s Singles Championship Final on Sunday, February 24.
