New Year's Eve Dinner
Guests savor a fine dinner on New Year's Eve, starting with an Amuse Bouche trio of Kumamoto Oysters, Smoked Trout Roe with house potato chips and Sundried Tomato Tartelette with goat cheese mousse. Next, guests choose either Spot Prawn Soup with parsnip and blood orange, Porcini Risotto with black truffle or Winter Endives with chicory crumble. The delectable Main selections are Sea Scallops with chanterelle mushrooms, Côte de Boeuf with crispy sweetbreads and black garlic jus, Butter Poached Lobster Tail with Alaskan fingerling potato or Ratatouille Farro Latkes with tarragon vinaigrette. To end this lovely holiday repast the Sweets are Chocolate Macaron with vanilla crème patisserie, Raspberry Jam Crème Brûlée with chai tea and dark chocolate or Strawberries and Champagne with Victoria sponge cake and pink champagne sorbet.
