Enjoy a Chef Collaboration dinner with Chef Mathew Peters. Having spent years as the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Thomas Keller’s legendary French Laundry in Napa and Per Se in NYC, Chef Peters became the first American chef to win the Bocuse d’Or Gold Medal (basically the Olympics of cooking) in 2017. Peters, working alongside Jeune et Jolie’s Executive Chef Andrew Bachelier, has created a 7-course dinner worthy of the occasion. Tickets for this celebratory evening are $170 per person, inclusive of tax and tip (beverages not included), and reservations are currently available. Vegetarian and pescatarian requests happily accommodated with at least one week’s advance notice, so please note in your reservation if desired.
