Tea & Chocolate Tasting
This class will take you on a journey through the complementary worlds of the leaf and the cacao bean where aromatics in tea intensify the taste of chocolate, and chocolate brings out the natural sweetness and nuttiness of the tea. We'll be pairing dark chocolates from Dominican Republic, Bolivia, dark milk chocolate from Ecuador with some smokey, citrusy black teas, as well as oolong and pu-erh.
