This five-course Tuscan taste tour begins with Arancini, Melon and Speck. Enjoy Albacore Crudo with Tomatoes, EVOO and Chili, in addition to Chino Farm Roasted Corn Risotto. A Brandt Beef Eye of Ribeye with Squash Blossom and Summer Truffle Sauce will serve as the main course. Save room for a sweet finish with Vanilla Semifreddo, Grilled Peach and Amaretto Crumble.
