NAACP Freedom Fund Dinner
We are excited to announce that the San Diego Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (San Diego NAACP) will host its annual Freedom Fund Dinner. The theme for this dinner is “Our Voices, Our Engagement, Our Votes Matter!” We are also pleased to announce that The Honorable Xavier Becerra, California Attorney General, will be among this year's NAACP San Diego Branch Freedom Fund Dinner Honorees! We would appreciate your financial support of this important event to help us carry out the mission of the NAACP: to “ensure, the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate race-based discrimination.” Founded in 1909, the NAACP is the nation’s oldest, largest and most effective civil rights organization. The San Diego NAACP was founded 1919 and has proudly served the San Diego community for 99 years.
