A Journey of Gratitude with Yoga Nidra
It’s the season of giving thanks and feeling gratitude. Not just for all those wonderful things, people, and events that have gone our way but for all the ones that went wrong as well. Surrendering to gratitude for the lessons we’ve learned. Join Michelle for a night of Yoga Nidra as we surrender. Letting go of the layers of the past, acknowledging our own abundance, and finding the gratitude in it all. Yoga Nidra means, "Yogic Sleep”. It’s a form of guided meditation. It's a gentle practice that brings the mind and body to that blissful state similar to the one right before falling asleep. We will still the mind, relax the body, shed old layers, and connect our roots. The night will start with some gentle yoga and some breath work to help clear our energy. Helping us shed those old layers. It will include guided meditation, hands on Reiki, essential oils, crystal work, and your very own crystal to take home.
