The Saint Petersburg Men’s Ensemble
Russian Vocal Quartet to Perform June 17 at Saint Thomas of Canterbury Episcopal Church - Temecula (Temecula, CA - ) The Saint Petersburg (Russia) Men’s Ensemble will present a free concert of Russian church and folk music on Sunday, June 17 at 4 pm in the sanctuary of Saint Thomas of Canterbury Episcopal Church, 44651 Avenida de Missiones in Temecula. Members of the ensemble are Kirill Sokolov, Vadim Smanster, Andrey Volikov and Sergey Shapinsky. The quartet has made annual tours of California for the past ten years, and previously appeared at Saint Thomas in April, 2017. “This marks the ninth year in a row that we have presented the Saint Petersburg (Russia) Men’s Ensemble here in Temecula,” said Dr. Stephen Sturk, the church’s music director. “All are welcome to hear this highly-skilled ensemble of superb entertainers.” The concert is offered free of charge, but a free-will offering will be received.
