Ken will offer an overview of the principles and development of Taoism, including an in-depth discussion of its philosophic classic, the Tao Te Ching, as a coded guide to meditation and health. He will also introduce how modern science is validating Taoist mediation’s healing benefits.
After the lecture, there will be a book signing for Kenneth’s book, The Way of Qingong: The Art and Science of Chinese Energy Healing.
