A Fashion Show 90 Years in the Making The San Diego History Center and the Fashion Program at San Diego Mesa College have teamed up to bring a truly unique fashion show event inspired by the past nine decades of fashion in San Diego. This entertaining and educational event features student designs inspired by garments from the History Center’s Historic Clothing and Textile collection! Live voting by event attendees for the most fabulous fashion will make sure one student goes home with the coveted People’s Choice Award! And of course, no one would blame you if you came dressed in your favorite vintage clothing either! Evening includes: • Fashion show • “90 Years of Fashion” lecture by Mesa College Fashion Program professor Susan Lazear • Exhibition tour of Fashion Redux: 90 Years of Fashion • Light appetizers provided • One complimentary drink ticket per person aged 21 years and older with valid government issued ID
