We will begin our time together with a trip through the Little Italy Farmer's Market where our resident chef will walk us through a seasonal selection of fruit and vegetables to incorporate into our meals. Upon our return we will delve deeper into the art of eating as we explore the connection between body awareness and mindfulness in preparation for a culinary feast to delight the senses prepared with fresh local and seasonal ingredients. Venturing outdoors once again we will venture to the hidden canyon tucked away behind Saffron & Sage to find a comfortable spot beneath the eucalyptus trees. Here we will play with watercolor and the movement between our inner landscape and the one that surrounds us. Returning inside we will come together to form a sacred circle where we will incorproate the femenine and masculine energies to support integration. Ten spots available.
