Easter Brunch Buffet
Sunday, April 1, seatings at 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. at KITCHEN 1540, Coastline and Sunset Terrace Easter Brunch Buffet at L'Auberge Del Mar means delicious Southern California inspired foods, ocean views, breezes and a chic, comfortable spot to enjoy family holiday camaraderie. To start, guests can choose from croissants and seasonal fruits to granola, donuts and muffins. Hot Breakfast selections include Eggs Benedict, Roasted New Potatoes and Asparagus and White Cheddar Quiche. The Seafood Station has Poached Shrimp, Bass Ceviche and other options. Cheese Station offers local cheeses, honey and jams and housemade breads. The family can choose from salads like Endive, country ham and candied almonds with sherry vinaigrette or enjoy everyone's favorite Assorted Deviled Eggs. There will be Pastas and a Carving Station, as well as selections of brunch items in cast iron, such as Chicken Piccata and Lamb Shank with pecorino polenta and capanata.
