Carlsbad Film Series: Florence Jenkins Foster
2016, PG-13, 111 minutes. Florence Foster Jenkins, a New York City heiress, always wanted to be a concert pianist and play Carnegie Hall. A childhood injury prevented her from living out that dream. Her husband supports her venture, and Florence Foster Jenkins' performance at Carnegie Hall becomes a truly historic event.
