Traditional healthy Lebanese dishes hot off the saj: aaatar and cheese, tabbouleh, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, falafel, beef shawarma, chicken kabob, kibbeh, knefeh, and gourmet sweets. Plus music and dancing, folkloric dabkeh performances throughout the day, and a variety of booths with Lebanese specialties, beer and wine garden, carnival rides, cooking demonstrations.
