St. George Spirits Dinner
Soda & Swine Liberty Station is taking New World craft cocktails straight back to the source by joining forces with the nation’s original pioneer in craft distilling, St. George Spirits, for a spirits education and cocktail pairing dinner.
St. George's Bryan Bartell will lead imbibers through the brand's rich history, which brought authentic eau de vie to the U.S. and led the country on an introductory wave of the first craft distilleries. While learning about the flavor and origins of the spirits, guests will enjoy a three-course family-style dinner prepared by CH Projects chefs Philip Esteban (R&D Chef, CH Projects) and Chris Arzola (Executive Chef, Soda & Swine). The dishes will be paired alongside three St. George cocktails from CH Projects beverage director Anthony Schmidt.
