Culinary Historians presents Betty Fussell, who will explore the historical roots of our culture in our extremes of race, space, ecology, and technology. Betty Fussell is a writer, editor, teacher, lecturer, consultant, and world traveler. Her writings include essays on literature, theater, movies, comedy, travel, and food for more than 20 major publications, and she has served as a contributor to many other books and periodicals.
