Ravioli Under the Stars
The night of June 23 is the shortest night of the year. In some Italian places as Parma and other North European regions it is believed that this night is magical, that the sorcery and spells come true, and that herbs collected from the meadows acquire extraordinary powers of healing (we will use them in our ravioli). Every year crowds of people from those villages spend the whole night all together outside eating at communal tables, illuminated by the flames of bonfires rising high into the skies and enjoying the magical dew that falls in this night. Join us for Festa di San Giovanni, a magical Italian tradition of the impossible wonders. The event will be held in a charming craftsman house in North Park. The address will be disclosed to all our guests after the ticket is purchased.
