Tuna Takeover Tasting
The ultimate experience for tuna fans, the month-long feast now features the freshest sustainable Bluefin, Bigeye, and Yellowfin tuna prepared sashimi and tataki-style in the Japanese tradition and paired with Japanese beer and sake in addition to the customary wine. The celebration kicks-off with a July 11 tasting event during which Bluewater chefs and sommeliers will share recipe, preparation, and sustainability tips as well as pairing secrets.
The $25 price on July 11 only includes a choice of tastings of Hakutsuru Draft Sake and Sapporo Draft Beer from Japan or Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. Those seafood unable to make the tasting event can order the feast off the menu throughout the month and pair it with the hand-selected sake and wine from the bar menu.
