The Coronado Library presents “The Deportation Dilemma” in partnership with the UC San Diego’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. The Osher Institute (olli.ucsd.edu) offers stimulating lectures and classes taught by distinguished faculty and scholars on a variety of topics for adults who thirst for knowledge.
The library stream the Osher lecture on the status of illegal immigration in the US and how we can develop a more rational and humane immigration policy. Everard Meade is the Director of the Trans-Boarder Institute at the University of San Diego. He was previously a professor at UC San Diego and received his PhD from the University of Chicago, A moderated discussion will follow. The program will take place in the Winn Room.
