A dinner in honor of this Mexican holiday. Three guest chefs will join chef Javier Plascencia and chef Diana Barroso at Bracero. Chefs Iker Castillo, Xavier Perez Stone, and Juana Bravo all hail from different regions of Mexico and will be contributing their own talents and recipes.
