Reset & Renew: Embrace the Arrival of Autumn
Join us at our new location for a free Yoga and Wellness class with Marjorie Nass. Nass will teach an informative one-hour class to embrace the arrival of autumn. During the transition of the seasons, imbalances of the body and mind tend to arise, but simple shifts can make a big difference. Class will include a nourishing, grounding yoga sequence, meditation, breath work, and simple wellness tips to embrace the autumn. You will learn healthy habits and routines to help you sleep better, have more energy, and to thrive.
As a health and wellness guide, Marjorie teaches you how to live better in your body. In her yoga classes, you’ll practice a revitalizing blend of alignment precise poses and breath awareness, and will walk away feeling as though you’ve had a full mind body tune-up. Through her classes, online wellness programs and Costa Rica and Tuscany retreats, Marjorie also incorporates yoga’s mind body science, Ayurveda, to help students sleep and eat better, improve their self care habits, and reduce stress. Marjorie is an ERYT-500, and for over 15 years, taught at New York City yoga studios, corporations, and to private students.
