SoCal Food & Brew Fest
We’re delighted to present some of the most exceptional SoCal Chefs: Chef Alvaro Avila, personal Chef in SoCal explains that he can “change lives in a single bite.” Chef Stevan Novoa, personal chef, will wow us with his fearless and creative style. James Monejano, currently the executive chef for Cardiff Seaside Market, boasts a 20+ year career in culinary cuisine in San Diego. Chef Javier Rubio of Mission Bay Yacht Club will deliver a fusion of flavors. We also welcome chef Kurt P. Metzger, known for being a forerunner in regional American cuisine and former owner of Kitchen 4140. Lastly, chef Mario Medina of The MainCourse Restaurant, passionate for food and excellent experiences, will host the chefs in his kitchen.
