The Hotel del Coronado’s Windsor Lawn provides the setting for this gathering of 30 chefs from San Diego and Mexico who will present signature hors d’oeuvres or desserts at individual stations. Judged by the ever-growing Culinary Council that includes such names as Andre Zotoff, Brian Malarkey, Claudia Sandoval, Jack Ford, Michele Parente, Sam the Cooking Guy, and lead judge Richard Sandoval, chefs present their best bites with the goal of winning the Chef Flor Franco Award for Culinary Excellence.
Tickets are available for $150 and include unlimited food and beer and wine tastings. Discounted valet parking is available for $20. VIP tickets are available for $250 and provide early entry to the event (5 p.m. to 6 p.m.), a meet-and-greet with the Culinary Council, valet parking, reserved VIP table, concierge service, and front-of-line access throughout the night. Proceeds benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
