Get your forks and knives ready for a carnivorous feast of epic proportions. Executive Chef Joe Magnanelli presents a quarterly off-menu, whole-animal dinner series that runs through April of 2017. Each dinner in the series will explore various seasonal beasts including whole fish, duck, cow, and pig as the focal point of each two-course, family-style meal.
This date: a whole roasted Texas Redfish straight from the local fishmonger. Marinated in limoncello buerre blanc, the tender white-meat fish will be served alongside saffron fregola with summer squash, a crab-stuffed leafy endive, pine nut date-roasted cauliflower, and a radicchio salad.
