The Westgate Hotel executive chef Fabrice Hardel and chef Javier Plascencia present the Westgate second annual Spirit of Baja.
Guests will head south of the border for a five-course wine pairing dinner and culinary journey inspired by the vibrant flavors of Baja California, Mexico. Mescal cocktail reception from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., a creative collaboration by mixologists from The Westgate Hotel and Bracero and Baja-inspired hors d’oeuvres created by Baja cuisine aficionado, Fabrice Hardel.
For the main event, Javier Plascencia will take over the kitchen to prepare a four-course wine pairing dinner showcasing his innate talent for achieving combinations that create completely new flavors.
