Teacher Workshop: Spotlight on San Diego Science

Each month for Spotlight on San Diego Science a local scientist, engineer, or researcher will share their passion for what they do and provide information that will be useful specifically for teachers in the classroom. The workshops focus on connecting the real science happening in San Diego with the Next Generation Science Standards.
This month, Dr. Meriah Arias-Thode will give a talk on accessing free power from mud using microbial fuel cells. Workshops take place the second Tuesday of every month.
