Dan Cayan from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography and the Water Resources Division of the U.S. Geological Survey will discuss the physical aspects of climate change, with a focus on rising sea levels and coastal storms. Dr. Cayan will also address the relationship between climate change and air quality.
Dr. Cayan is a researcher at the Climate Atmospheric Science and Physical Oceanography at Scripps. This presentation is part of the UCSD environmental lecture series hosted by the North County Climate Change Alliance. Info: [email protected].
