Dr. Lester Tenney will speak about his experiences as a POW during WWII, surviving the Bataan Death March, overcoming post-traumatic stress, and using forgiveness as an attribute of strength.
Dr. Tenney’s first book, My Hitch in Hell, is a first-person account of the Bataan Death March. His most recent book, The Courage to Remember, discusses surviving post-traumatic stress.
