Balancing the subtleties of tea culture with unique desserts we’ll make in class, we'll explore the natural sweetness of Japanese Matcha, the punch of Earl Grey, and the soothing effects of Chamomile.
Includes tastings, hand-on cooking, and instruction by Chef MaryAnn. Proceeds benefit the YMCA Youth & Family Services, the social service branch of YMCA San Diego.
